Service Description

The appointment will be within a two-and-a-half-month range or for root touch-ups only. This service primarily focuses on covering grey hair or refreshing the roots.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: ・Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment time are free of charge. Cancellations made thereafter will incur a 50% charge. ・Cancellation Deadline: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. ・Cancellation Notification: Cancellations must be made via phone or email. Changes made online are permissible up to 24 hours before the appointment time. ・Special Circumstances: In cases of emergencies such as illness, injury, or a child's fever, cancellation fees will be waived. However, contacting us is a prerequisite, so please ensure to inform us promptly. ・Rebooking Procedure: Rescheduling of cancelled appointments is allowed with a limit of two reschedules. Please adjust your schedule accordingly in advance. ・Please review the cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation. ・Failure to notify a cancellation may result in the inability to make future online bookings.
