Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
